Builder: Aeolian-Skinner Organ Co., Opus 1524, 1970
Restorative repairs and mechanical alterations made by Hendrickson Organ Co, late 1970s; Dommer Organ Co., ca. 1980; Fabry Organ Co.; Dobson Organ Co. 2011-2012; and David Engen & Assocs., 2012-2013
Manuals: 3
Ranks: 47
Action: Electropneumatic

Notes: The original English combination action, used by Aeolian-Skinner for late organs, failed in the late 1970's and was replaced with a Peterson system by Charles Hendrickson who maintained the organ in its early years. The Positiv was originally mounted on top of the console, making the console very heavy and difficult to move. When the Positiv was playing it was impossible for the performer to hear the main organ. Fabry Organ Co. moved the Positiv, cantilevered it in front of the Swell, and removed its casework. Dommer Organ Co. replaced the Peterson relay system (except for K-A unit switches) and combination action with a Matters system. In late 2011 - early 2012 the Dobson Organ Co. undertook many deferred repairs, most notable failed racking of the Great 8' Principal. Dobson built new racking, repaired collapsing pipes, troubleshot electrical faults, repaired sagging languids on both the Great and Pedal 8' Principals and fixed the Swell shade linkage. In August 2012 David Engen and Associates replaced the original keyboards with new Fatar keyboards from Peterson. The original Klann stop action magnets were replaced with new Syndyne units, mounted on new stop jambs, and the entire console was rewired. Swell 16' couplers were added to the Positiv and Great, and a 32' Resultant was added to the Pedal. Chamber wiring was revised to remove the original 1970 K-A unit switches and run everything through the Matters relay. In 2013 the manual mixtures were revoiced, reduced to 4 ranks, and the entire organ was cleaned. In January, 2019, a mold remediation company got into the organ and caused many thousands of dollars of damage.
